Checklist for Short Term Application
1. Completed Short Term application form
2. Signed the Counter Indemnity (on reverse of the application form)
3. Attached copy of Contract of Sale for the property to be purchased.
4. Attached copy of Contract of Sale if you have sold your present property to assist with the purchase
5. Attached evidence of funds towards the purchase

Lodging the Application Form
Fax (or mail) your completed application to Deposit Power for approval. Click for contact details. A response will usually be given within 24 hours of receipt of your completed application.

Approving the Guarantee
The Guarantee, once approved, will be issued and sent to you or your nominated representative. A faxed certified copy can also be requested.
